Amen. I dry my whole car with one waffle weave drying towel. Leaves slight streaks on the glass, but I just wipe again with regular microfiber towels after it's dry and that takes care of the streaks.

I have used the "california water blade" dealie and go back over with just your average Autozone/o'reillys MF towels and never had any problems.

A question for the thread starter... how do you wash your MF's? All I am getting at is that if you wash your MF's with regular towels, they are probably capturing the lint from the regular towels. If you can, don't wash your new MF's with regular towels as you can't get the lint out once you do.. Also, if you are really ****, during the rinse cycle, dump in some white vinegar, it will help rinse out any fabric softener/wax/polish caught in the towels. I learned all this from www.autopia.org . If you are really into car care, that's the place to go. Good luck man and your car looks great.
