Both mine are cracking. The passenger side is all the way through, the driver side half way.

Car is a 2001 formula..

And yes there is some kindof patching i dont know what but like i said the car came like that but when i came home from iraq it was cracked all the way through... so now i have to buy a new door panel...

I heard it was from a few things like the heat, sitting in the sun all day, using Armor All and from slamming your doors.

my drivers side has a small crack, but i think i did that when i had the panel out to replace a window motor.

Its because on the ls1's GM made shitty panels and place the staples to close to the egde I've seen 98 -02's do it, even mine

Agreed it looks like there is presure coming from underneath the cracks.

Not sure but i think it's a combination of power windows and heat topped off by
the staples on backside. I do know the door panel does reallt torque when it goes all the way up??
