Meissenation,
Your car is a rolling abomination of a fbody. Please do us all a favor and drive it off and cliff or set it on fire. You are the kind of idiot that thinks, anything and everything looks good. Do you have any idea what the word tasteful means? Let’s face it; your car is a piece of **** on wheels. They should have never made the fbody in V6. For one it’s like cutting the ***** off a bull. Second stupid people like you get them cheap and spend way to much money making them look like something that came out of my ***. You have to be one of the biggest domestic ricers I have ever seen. So please do us all a favor and leave LS1tech. You do not belong here!!
I think you guys are a little hard on meissenation. To say his car looks like it crap is a little over board, i do think his interior has way to much going on in it, but its not as bad as you guys are saying.

And, just to stay on topic, lots of work into that interior, but its still pretty ugly. Too much red imo.

and no one is being too hard on MESS, he brings it on himself
Being around many automotive competitions, I have truly learned to put personal tastes aside and appreciate the craftsmanship of people's work. It's still hard sometimes, but looking at the work instead of the finished product is a better way to learn a little bit more. Another thing I try to consider is if the car is meant to be a show only or a daily driver. The first is meant to show how far you can go, the second more towards making the commute in your car more enjoyable.
As far as that car goes, well I don't like the finished product, so looking into the work, well. . it's not that great. Every piece in that car is an oem panel, or slightly modified one. the door speakers, steering wheel tv, & the other tv are all done in the most simplistic method of trim ring, staple fabric, brush on resin, method. NOthing new or groundbreaking. All other panels were probably glassed, but didn't need to be, a little filler, sanding, take it to the body shop. There's really nothing custom there. Had they gutted it all, made there own dash, dorrs, and console, that would be something to admire, but all I see is a great lack of creativity.
Under his bragging rights section it says 210 hp. What a douche. The only thing that car has going for it is the tonneau covers. At least he won't miss his episodes of Tuner Vision.
Clean exterior: no badges, moldings etc.
Clean engine compartment: take out EVERYTHING that isn't necessary( AC, AIR, etc.), relocate battery, hide as much wiring as possible, lots of chrome.
BUT, in this theme, I'm also mixing in some "new school" themes with some tastefully done carbon fiber accents on the interior trim, brushed aluminum faceplates(from now defunct MBA) and some, again, tastefully done interior accent lighting done in cold cathode tubes.
My opinion is to not OVER-DO things. It's good to experiment with different ideas and incorporate different materials and themes, but not to extremes.
