Front liscence rack?? removal help

Front liscence rack?? removal help So The rack the holds the front liscence plate is help on by 3 bolts. They dont seem to screw off...and I'm not sure if they just pop off...I didn't want to force them out and ruin my front bumper until I was sure.
anyone know how to get these bolts off the front plate rack?

They are not bolts, they are Rivets.
What I did was use a small saw blade. First I pulled on the front liscent plate carrier, exposing the Rivets a bit. Then I used a saw blade and proceded to cut the rivet and in a few seconds your liscen plate carrier falls off.
if your talking about the license plate filler, its t15 torx i believe. i just pulled mine off because i had to hurry up and get the fix it ticket done that day and didnt want to go buy the tool. i popped right thru the holes and didnt ruin anything on mine, luckily
