Body Issues...

Body Issues... My TA was wrecked prior to me owning it, it had taken a drivers side impact from the looks of it. I found welding on the B pillar and A pillar, gaps on the drivers side rear bumper just under the tail light, drivers 1/4 panel, Drivers side door doesn't seem to line up it kinda closes harsher than the passenger door and the rocker panel. The hood doesn't seem to be lined up correctly as well. I'm just curious to know how hard it is to have this fixed and how much it would cost. I know its pointless telling you guys this without any photo's (Digital Camera INOP) 
and most people do not notice these defects. But its me who see's this everyday, thus why I want to get it fixed. Any idea how much it might cost or how hard it is to get them to line up correctly? Thought I'd ask you guys before I started going out getting quotes. Any Info would be a great help... in the mean time I'll try to snag pics.
