Car Cover recommendations

Car Cover recommendations Ok guys, Ive had it with my Wolf car cover. Only had it 1.5yrs and the thing is just junk! It leaves this nasty powder on the car after it rains and dries, and I just went outside to try and take it off and parts of the underside were frozen to the windshield/t-tops and ripped off. Now I got parts of car cover frozen onto my car, wtf?!
Doesnt anybody make a decent cover that is totally 100% water proof? Im tired of having to clean the car when I take the cover off

Look into the cover from carmotorsports.com. The water pretty much just beads off it. But I haven't had mine in "heavy" rain so I don't know if it would be any different. I don't have any film left on the car after use and its a nice quality cover too.
I have a NOAH cover from Afterthoughts Auto and its not the best in the rain and adverse weather conditions. Its not 100% waterproof like I was hoping. I hear great things about the Storm Weave covers from a local buddy of mine. I think the NOAH covers are rugged enough for year round outdoor use. More of a quality cover for warmer weather or a garage car. My cover has yet to see snow or ice though, but I'm scared.
