will a 2000 Firebird rear bumper fit on a 1996 firebird????? its for a bet, i said it will, my friend said no

Yes, the rear bumper will fit. However, the front fenders, hood and nose aren't interchangeable without swapping all of it.

yes, the rear ends are identical except for the brake lights and reverse lights.
