Default Guys w/ Xenon Kit

What do you do to not have the paint rub off the side skirts on the inside door part of the skirt???

Do you all think if I put a piece of weather stripping on the underside of the door--the part that touches the side skirt when the door closes--it would prevent this from occuring once again if I have them repainted?

I don't know. The weatherstripping thing doesn't sound like a bad idea though.
