How to clean LS6 intake?

How to clean LS6 intake? I picked up a used LS6 intake to swap onto my car. There's a thin layer of oil and grime on the outside. There's a thin layer of just oil on the inside. Any tips on how to clean it? Any chemical products that will easily take off the oil without damaging or discoloring the polymer? I imagine something like Simple Green would do the trick, but I've never used it. I would just dunk the whole thing in water and use Dawn dishwashing soap but I don't think the foam on the bottom would hold up too well.

Simple green would work just make sure you delute it enough, don't just drop the intake into it. I'd put it in a spray bottle with like 1/5 simple green the rest water, spray it on lightly then wipe and rinse with water.
Use a diluded solution of SG or some other form of degreaser (I'd start with a 1:10 ratio and work my way up from there) and a soft sponge or hand mat that you wont mind getting dirty then spray it down. Once you're through with the inside I'd take an air hose or leaf blower and air out the inside. It sounds like common sense but just lookin out for ya.
I wouldnt dunk the entire thing into a solution tho. Just mist it down with the diluded solution, work it around a bit then spray it off and air dry. Should work just fine.
