Whats the best thing to do now? Clay bar?

Why would you need a claybar? Claying is to remove embedded conatmination. It's not likely for a single rain to embed contamination in the paint.

Most waxes need 12-24 moisture-free hours in order to properly cure, so in a worst case scenario, rewash the car and throw another coat on.
