Custom neutral/tan seats???

I need to redo my leather seats in my 99' SS. There are lots of options in aftermarket leather covers. Has anyone redone their factory neutral/tan seats in a custom way??

The way katzkin leather replacement covers are sold it does not cost much more for an accent colored inserts or piping. I am looking for ideas!!

You could do a different color insert like in the 02 anniversary?

There are tons of options. I figure tan is the closest to my color for the bulk of the seat. Then maybe graphite inserts and piping??

I don't really know what to pick, there are so many options
