Most of the ones on eBay are just as high quality as Stull/Carriage Works/anyone else. You have to watch the super cheap ones, because a lot of those are the zip tie crap.
The reason the prices look so low on there is because they mark the actual cost down and make a lot of their profit through shipping. Those companies that are shipping 100+ packages a day are spending $8-9/box to ship, and charging $25... avoiding eBay fees.
