Default Dents in rear quarter panel

Anyone have any advice for pounding out a few dents in the rear quarter panel of a 1999 f body . I'm a newbie at any body work and I'd like to get a few tips . Baby got hurt when towing

depending on where the dents are and how big, you can use a hammer, dolly block, and some mud/skim coat(if youre repainting it)..or maybe try a paintless dent repair place?..i dont know if they can make perfect though..

I've actully pushed one out by hand on the 1/4 panel without much effort. If you use a rubber mallet and a block of wood or something just becareful not to pound it hard or the dents will be stick out instead of in
