Default ss spoiler part number???

does anyone know the gm part number for the 98-02 ss rear spoiler? i found one that is the same color as my car and i want to see if $375 is a good deal or not.

you can find an unpainted aftermarket one at spoilerdepot.com. my buddy got one from here and it really looks like it came that way stock no fitment issues looks very good just that u have to install these with screws instead of the special glue that is used on factory ss's for the two fangs that come down. costs a lil over 200 bucks.

If you can get an OEM for that price go for it. GM no longer has any the last place I saw had them for around $650 w/ out the light

You mean you have to screw down the two pilars in the middle of the spoiler? Is it actually designed that way?

I didn't have that kind of luck with them. Mine was warped. I returned it. Why does it need to be screwed down anyway? I plan on using a thin rubber insulator- if I can find an acceptible spoiler. I have returned 2 other spoilers to a different company. I'm having a hard time finding one that fits to my satisfaction.
