Default instrument cluster removal?

I am trying to replace the light bulbs for the instrument cluster and i have all of the bolts and screws removed. but it seems that there is still something holding the cluster in place but it does move freely after unbolting, but it is either connected to someting still or just snagged. Please help.

the cluster is connected by contacts in the back. Just pull with a little bit of force(not too much) and the black cluster will come out. There are no wires or anything like that.

If you havent gotten that far...the step before that involves 4 tabs. Two on top and two on bottom. Just push the tabs down or up and it come off. When the 4 tabs are removed the plastic will pop off..
