I used to have white/silver reflective, which looked nice (especially at night) don't get me wrong... but I get more complements on, and questions about, the high-polished stainless PONTIAC fill in and vents that Dragonz28 makes and sells on ebay under the name muffinbuster.
You should really at least give them a look before you buy any vinyl IMO.
But, black reflective or white reflective both look great on red. I have seen both in person. Reflective black is hard to describe, but has an almost super dark metallic charcoal look in the day and reflects sort of a slightly darkened white at night.
I would go with whichever you plan to have your other vinyl cut from (ram air on the hood, overlays if any, etc.) looks good to have matching vinyl.
Check out afterthoughts for the caliper logos, they have a nice metal look to them and are very durable. Look great on my red calipers, very pleased with them.
