Gotta have the t-tops, I would not own an f-bod without them. add a set of good weld-in subrames, and the chassis is rock solid. Great for cruisin, shoot, here in texas I have can have the tops off year round

T-tops kick butt. Had them off today it was like 50F!

No leaks sure its a little more weight and not as strong but my Z is not a race only car I'll give that for the pleasure They give me.

Leak free too

I like all three almost equally, but the t-tops are a compromise/most versatile so I chose those. I've had hard top and convertible cars and the hard tops aren't as much fun in the summer and the ragtops eventually wear out and are expensive to replace.

I love my T-tops. If it weren't for T-tops I'd probably go with a hard top for a performance car. Maybe a vert for a nice bolt on cruiser. Hell, I just love F-bodies.

It all depends on what you want to do. If your performance minded, then the hardtop has to be the stiffest and lightest (true?).

I'm not so performance minded, so I'll eat the extra weight and suffer some cowl shake with my convertible. I can't believe how much fun it is to have the top down completely.
