Ill admit.. I originally wanted a hardtop. I found my 35th Anny for a deal I couldnt pass up... although I wouldve passed if it was a vert, cant stand verts. Im glad I ended up with T-tops... with the shades off its easy to keep an eye out for Highway patrol by airplane.

T-tops FTW!

The convertible is a much better car for cruising in good weather.

I don't have any cowl shake.

Drawback is the additional weight and additional drag lowering mpg.

When you have a convertible SS you have the best.

I'm a T-top man myself.When I want to ride a vert my brother has a 95 Z28 so either is cool with me.I just like T's better.

Before I got my Z, wanted nothing more then to cruise with the tops off all the time and for the first year I was all about it, but now I really like the look of the tops on and just cruisin with the glass ceiling.

I have had both, vert and t-tops, both have their advantages and disadvantages.

I plan to get another SS M6 vert soon, I enjoy them both.

Convertables when they are down are the best. It's too hot in Texas to have them off though (plus you sit in Traffic 90% of the time in Austin) so you always have them up. They look funny that way though, all bulgy and whatnot.

So T-Tops get the vote as being my fav, hardtops are for Mustangs.
