Default A few pics of my car from this weekend

Went to SAR for the F-Body Shootout and ended up getting 2nd place out of 33 cars even though my 60's were .4 slower than usual due to traction issues.

My best this weekend was a 11.74, but normally it'd be almost half a second faster.

Technically I was the last person to lose since it was a heads up competition.

No kit. Rear springs were cut a coil and isolaters were removed, front springs were cut a coil.

Thanks for the compliments

lol....you've been reduced to the ghetto way to lower a car haha....in that case, how many inches lower does your car sit this way over stock? Just wondering because I got my springs in and my car is 1.75"-2", and looks about like your stance, which is awesome.

Hey, it's worked for 3 years now, why pay for it?

I'd say it was 1.5" both front and back, but when I put the skinnies on the front it dropped it another .5" or so in the front. It's pretty low now but no problems.

What about your ride? Is it ruff at all? Also, do u drive it on the street with those springs cut? Awesome ET btw. Wish my ol z28 would run that Best Ive gotten out of it is 13.6 @ 101mph, but that was before the 373's

Dieing to run her agian, rearend needs another shim tho so Ive been taking it easy till it warms up so I can pull it apart agian and put another shim in it.

Rough is relative, but I don't think it's bad at all. I honestly can't tell a difference in the ride since I cut the springs, which was 3 years ago.

I honestly think cutting the springs aint a bad idea either, I wish I would of done it instead of my prokits, just because their stiffer, your car looks great.

Whats the rear spacing on your wheels and are those the 275/50/15 MT's?
How bout the fronts?

BTW, congrats on your finish.

Rears wheels are 15x10 w/ 7.5bs, tires are 275/50/15 MT radials. Fronts are 15x3.5 w/ 1/8" spacers with cheapo radials.
