I know breatheless makes them, are there any other fixed headlight conversions for the C5? My dad just bought a 2000 C5 with 100,000+ miles on it for pretty cheap. Both headlight motors are about to go out and after dealing with them on my Firebird and Trans Am, he wants to go the fixed headlight way because he hates dealing with the headlight motors!

Why would anyone put fixed headlights on a C5 or bird?
Those make the car look like a POS (well no Vette, bird, or camaro I will really ever call ****)! That was the first mistake chevy made with the new vette. Fixed headlights on a vette make it look like a Viper. Although with fixed headlights the vette still looks better!
Try http://forums.corvetteforum.com/index.php? if you really want them. You can find a lot f those parts in the accessories section.

I don't really care for them, I'm posting for my parents(dad mainly) because like I said doesn't want to deal with headlight motors! I like my pop ups on my birds! this is LS1tech, the car does have an LS1, hence why I posted in the appearance section for these lights, I will go to that site tho...thanks for the link
