Has anyone ever ordered from these guys in the past? I ordered the 3rd brake light and I have tried to email them, Have not had any feedback and still waiting on my order.

OH.......you'll be waiting...I ordered mine in sept and got it like 3 weeks ago.....had to send it back to get painted fixed 3 times....Watch out

I ordered from them a few years ago. It took a while to get the entire order. I thought they were out of business. Maybe they are headed that way.

thats funny, i have no record of that. and if you were waiting over 10 months, why dont i have a complaint???

i run this business myself with another individual and am aware of EVERY order and EVERY problem if it comes up.

also.... you said that you had to send it back 3 times.... wow...what BULL.

why lie? i admit shipping is slow FOR TRANS AM LIGHTS which we clearly note on our home page that ta lenses take longer because we do not stock the lens and have to have gm send us a lens everytime one is ordered to be customized.
we also note all orders take up to 2 weeks for delivery. AND IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS, i personally email all the customers.

weve been in business for over 7 yrs now and have had a 99% positive rating with our customers. ovbiously you cannot satisfy everyone but try to find out products somewhere else if you arent satisfied.

i just had to post this because i go on here once in a while and when i saw the lies above in this and another thread about appearance, it upset me.

Well to bad I did have to send back the light 3 times b/c you guys can't paint for **** and can't keep records of complaints. Maybe if you got your **** together people wouldn't complain and you wouldn't have to accuse ppl of lying. Even NHRA-Trans Am and 01 RED WS6 have heard that you guys suck...so I guess the three of us are lying. CUSTOLIGHT

I haven't dealt much with CustoLight but I've sent several emails asking questions and never got a response. If you can't respond to my simple questions then I won't be sending any $$ your way. I have to have some kind of customer service. There are a lot of people on this site that have posted about sorry CS from your company. Not just a couple. If you find my emails please reply and we can go from there
