Painting ZO6 wheels!
Painting ZO6 wheels! Have any of you guys ever painted your own wheels? I want to paint my wheels, but I don't want to have to bring it to a shop just to paint my wheels and pay a lot of CA$H. If you guys can tell me how to paint my own wheels that would be great.

No cheap way to paint your wheels, if you want it done right and look good. I painted the wheels on my SS and though it was cheaper for me, since I did the work, it still would have cost a few hundred $$$ at least. Bombcan is gonna give you a bombcan look, no matter how you do it.
Powdercoating is much more durable than paint, but it is more supcetible to dirt, especially from the heat generated from the brakes. The dirt just bakes on the finish, unless you polish and wax them regularly. But, I would recommend it over painting them, for the longevity issue.
