if i remember correctly, i just took a small screwdriver under the small part of the pushpin, the middle part comes up and they just pop out.. or something like that (it was a while ago). either way, they sell them at autozone, so you wont hurt anything by cutting them.

that looks real nice...better than other rattlecan jobs ive seen. if you're wanting the finish to be of the same quality as the exterior paint, you gotta go with a gun. either way, thats real nice.

I did this to my car as well. I took it out and used gloss black spray paint with a few coats of clear. That piece looks like crap if its not painted. This was the best picture I could find.

I painted the piece gloss black...and also the headlight brackets. What a difference in the engine bay, that's for sure.

Hey guys stupid question here; Do you just rough up the plastic (interior painting) and use regular paint in a gun?

its alot more than roughing it up. most of my time was spent in paint prep, and my whole interior project took around 10-12 hours.

i did i write up here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/1514584/3 .
check that out to keep this thread on topic.

If i'm not mistaken, those are just the basic red fuel rail covers with a camaro ss plaque on there. I'm not sure where that decal came from, maybe he can chime in here, but it looks to me that they just have a decal over where it normally says Corvette. Also, parbreak does an awesome job with frc's if your wanting a custom set made.

Yes, they are Z06 FRC's. I had a Teri, member on here, make the emblems for me, but I do not think that she is making them anymore. You could ask her. Her screen name is Teri9672 i think.
