Here is a crappy pic of mine, I have powdercoatedthe valvecovers black, painted coilpack brackets red, powdercoated TB, and of course the Mr.Horsepower sticker. It's kinda dirty in this pic.

Nice stuff Parbreak!! Do you have a front shot of the milled ps pulley? I've been thinking about getting one, but I'm afraid it'll show too much stuff behind the pulley that can't be polished.

Camera is dead right now, needs a new battery. But I just went out and checked and it seems the only thing you would have to worry about polishing behind the pully is the actual pump itself. That might be a PITA to do without actually pulling it out of the car. That really only shows through on about the lower 1/3 of the pulley, the top 2/3 is just the black plastic reservoir. One of my next projects will be to make a carbon fiber "box" that covers the reservoir and extends down over the pump. OH, by the way, since those pictures, the battery has been relocated to the wheel well area and the engine is even more uncluttered.

I'm not going to call it Rice because I did the same thing to my car when I first got it only in red. I came to realize that less is more also and did everything I could to start hiding of camoflauging wiring. Make for a much cleaner looking bay.

I don't like the loom eigther IMHO. The wires are there, not gone, you just minimize them. (strip the factory loom and take off the electrical tape, make it run as thin as possible and re-tape.)

Opinions, opinions.

I agree, remove the wire loom. Your engine bay would look much nicer imho. I like the carbon fiber thing you have going with your battery top. If your strut tower brace, and the bumper support were covered in that type of material, it would look awesome. I also think if your emblems under the hood were silver or chrome, they would go much better with your car's color.
