I was wondering whats the best way to paint a stock 10 bolt rear? 2 primer 2 paint and clear coat?

Wire brush, sand, de-grease, 2 coats green metal etching primer, plenty of light coats of whatever color and brand you choose. I probably wouldn't clear coat it, being that it will get pitted up and look like *** if it has clear. Just re-spray when neccesary.
