another billet grille question

as per pSSycotic's suggestion (from my last grille thread about where you guys got yours), i plan on getting a billet grille from the grille4you store on ebay.

that being said, here is my question:

what is the difference between the stainless steel and aluminium grilles???

i noticed that the stainless steel grilles are more expensive, but what makes them better? if they're better that is...

I dont see how any difference somes into play unless youre going to be putting stress on them, which you wont. So its no big deal.
