Raptor hood makes the lines of the car flow so much better.. i cant stand seeing the split area on the WS6 hood.. is like a WTF were the designers thinking?

Right. I think if people had a choice, they'd go either WS9 or Raptor. But a raptor/ws9 aren't $1.5k better than the WS6 hood for most people.

If i had my choice, it'd be Raptor, Firehawk, T/A, WS9, WS6, Mecham, and then any cowl hood. In that order.

I'd have voted Mecham if it was an option. 2nd fav is the WS9. I just wish the quality of the mecham hood was better!

More than likely it came that way and they don't want to drop mucho dollars on a hood.

If WS6's came with the option (at no extra cost) to have the WS6 or Firehawk hood, the vote tally would be different.
