I think it would be awesome to have them flash in time with the DRL/Turn signals, being the same color and all.

I think all you'd have to do is tap the power of the halo's into the power of the turn signals.

Nah, our signal lights are dual filament. They get sent a low wattage when constantly on and an intermittent higher wattage to create the flashing. Sending this kind of high/low intermittent power to the LED's would burn them out faster.

EDIT: I correct myself, our signal bulbs are not dual filament. They simply flash on and off. So it would be easy/safe to wire the halos to the turn signals.

Looks sweet man! Not that it matters, but my friend had clear covers on the parking lights of his Beretta and he put purple bulbs in there (to match the Z26 logos), and we got pulled over one night. The cops said you cant have lights the color of emergency vehicles and wouldn't look at the light package we had in the backseat to see the color PURPLE and not blue. Just some FYI

Yeah, i don't have any fear of being pulled over for it. Honestly my no front plate is a bigger concern around here anyway.

You should be able to connect them directly to the DRL's.

The only problem I see in doing that is that at night when the DRLs are dimmed (get less power once the headlights are on) the LEDs in the halo's will be dimmer also. But once the turn signal is on they would blink the same way.

Ill check this weekend when I get a chance and figure out a wiring diagram so you could...

How do you have your halos wired now? I see that your fogs are off so I'm guessing that you just wired them to a seperate switch then?

The are wired into the running lights, so they are always on when the parking brake is down.

If the lower voltage keeps them from coming on, you could always use a SPDT relay to give the halo's a solid 12v.

you need a certain type of flasher to make LEDs flash correctly.....http://superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.html
