Aftermarket SS Spoiler question!

Aftermarket SS Spoiler question! For those of you that have purchased an aftermarket SS Spoiler, when they say it comes as a complete bolt on; does that mean they include the studs?
I managed to get 3 of the 4 studs off a stock Z28 spoiler, but I just have lost intrest in working with this current SS spoiler I have. I just want to buy a brand new one possibly from A company so I could just bolt it right back on and get the BS over with!
I was wondering if they include these bolts, and also is it possible to purchase these bolts anywhere?
