who sells this???

Does anyone know who sells a kit for this mod(headlight convertion). And or know how much something like this would cost?

If it's the exposed headlights for a T/A (the link doesn't work) they're made by breathless performance, they cost around $1000, and supposedly the quality is nowhere near what you'd expect for a $1k product

yeah they are the breathless ones. You can find them on Ebay too, but like 2k2WS6TA said the quality isn't that good considering the 1K price

As much as I dislike headlight motors, I just don't like the look of a T/A with fixed lights.
