Where to get stripes?

Where to get stripes? I remembered seeing a ws6 on here having a set of black bird type of stripes. But the difference in the stripes he had vs the black bird stripes was this
Black bird stripes: 2 stripes, on in each side (outer) of the ws6 hood
The stripes I am looking for. They are the same as the black bird stripes except they also have the stripes on the inside sides of the hood.
I am hoping someone knows what I am talking about as well as where I can get them.
