What is the piece in the center between the taillights called? I am looking to either black it out or replace it due to the letters "Formula" being faded. Where can I purchase this part and the taillights?

It is called a filler panel and you can get them on gmpartsdirect.com as well. I am not sure of the part number for the red one but could dig up the number for the silver one if you are interested.
