How do you clean behind the wheels?

How do you clean behind the wheels? How do you all clean the area of PAINT right behind the wheels(where you would see splash marks if you drove through water)?? My paint is in pretty good condition (Black car with 37k miles) but this area does not look like the way I want it to. How do you get it to match the rest of your car.

Pick up some Tar & Bug remover (or whetever they want to call it) from your local auto shop. It's made to be safe for the paint and it takes that crap off really well. You'll need to re-wax that area after you use it though.
