Default tail lights fogging

Ok well on my 95 formula the tail light on the driver side looks like it has water sitting inside of it. Is there any way I can remove this or fix it? Here is a picture of the damage, its not the best but you can see what Iam talking about.

Get a set of LS1 taillights. They look 100x better.

3M plastic polish.. can get it at any parts store.. little grey bottle with a picture of a lexus and its headlight on the cover.. use that with an orbital buffer.. like glass..

There are wing nuts behind the lenses. Peel the carpeting out from the trunk and it's really easy from there. Detatch the lenses, and polish them up.

Ok well I removed all of the wing nut and started to pull back the tail light but the whole thing came with it. How do I just get the lens I dont want the whole thing.

take the whole thing off, pop the lights out, take the piece inside and hit it with a hair dryer.
i fairly sure the "outside lens" will not come off by itself without breaking something else.
