engine bling

are there any good mods to make an lt1 engine look better such as chrome or carbon fiber??

forget who makes em, but somebody makes wicked looking chrome radiator support.

I think streettrends makes FRC's that look good and are alot cheaper than LS1 FRC's

i have a confession, i dont like the ls1 frc's!
i like to see the engine, not a bunch of plastic! hahah!

LT1 is alot easier to give a chrome look to. You can get chrome valve covers... TB plates... painted or polished intake manifolds and throttle bodies...chrome alternators. You can get the vortech elbow if you done have a ram air setup.... chrome strut tower brace.....

were on the same page, i dont like the underhoods of the gto's either b/c of that. and have you seen the concept camaro under the hood....

You should learn how to polish, if you do know how and have a jigsaw you can make alot of the parts yourself out of .125-.160 60-61-t6 aluminum. Thunderracing.com has a few polished parts. slp makes a chrome intake, and it does well with the trickflow or vortech elbow. BMR makes a polished radiator support.

And of course to give you some ideas...
