Well some people like to take them off and sand them down and blah.
but the easy way is to
-take your wheel off
-spray down with aerosol brake cleaner
-slide some newspaper around the caliper
-spraypaint
Yeah I did it and it really is pretty easy. Just make sure that you clean the caliper really well (spend way more time doing this than actaully painting). Then just tape it off and hit it lightly with a few coats of paint (high heat) until u are satisified. 1 hr job

and what color would u suggest with a silver camaro w/ polished tt2's

Is there a special high temp clear coat or just regular? I bought a red brake paint kit a while back and with the nice weather I might go ahead and get painting. Just need to know what kind of clear to use. Thanks
Go to www.ls1howto.com They have a great writeup there that I used for my car. It's pretty easy, you just gotta wait a few hours for it to dry and be patient with the different coats to get nice even coverage.
