Orange peel is a side effect of spray painting. You can minimize it with technique, but it will still happen to some degree. If you want the finish to look like glass, you have to wetsand and buff.
Before you do that, though, you need to make sure that the shop put down 3-4 coats of clear for wetsanding.

i would also agree to take it back. if you do not know how to wet sand and rub you could burn the paint and you will be worse off than you are now. i detail cars and have seen some diasters come in the shop from people trying to do it themselves.
