I saw the car at the Texas State Fair F-Body day the car is amazing and the owner is a real cool guy to. I wouldnt mind him pulling me over....Id ask to take some pics of it behind me with the lights on haha.

Nitrous is legal on the street in Texas........
Kevin is a great guy and a lot of fun. Northlake was a very small town north of Fort Worth. After Texas Motor Speedway was built the town became much bigger almost overnight. The towns budget was having a hard time keeping up with the sudden growth. In order to save money the city let some of it's police officers furnish their own cars. The city reimbursed the officers monthly for the use of their cars. Kevin "personalized" his patrol car. However each mod had to be approved by the city. His car has brought a lot of free publicity to the town. His car was used daily and has never been a garage queen......The cars 10 bolt rear doesn't have to put up with hard launches on slicks which is what kills stock rearends.
