Question Frame Damage?? Pics inside

I was just outside looking at my horns because one stopped working recently and I was trying to see if I could eyeball a lose wire or anything. While doing this, I spotted what looks like frame damage to my car. I've owned this car since November and had 2 or 3 people look at it for me before I even considered buying it and it slipped though everybody. So is this frame damage or am I off my rocker???

Those are crumple zones. Those indentations are designed to fold during impact to soften the hit of a front-end collision.
