When I bought the car it had 6% tint (20% on top of 35%). It was cracked / scratched / peeling in several places. I got pulled over once for having the rear plate cover (because it's so dark
) and ended up with a ticket for that and the tint. I removed them both and got the ticket dismissed. I just haven't gotten around to getting it redone yet. There's a local shop that I have heard good things about that will do it for $159.

i got a warning for my smoked plate cover by OHP about 2 weeks ago, i tried to pawn off that it was a show piece, and just happened i was on my way to a show but i still got a paper trail to go home with. 'least it didnt cost me anything tho

Looking good. A few recs though, paint the exhaust tips black, center caps black, get some stock lugs with the black covers, tint the windsheild too (not sure if that was included with your next tint job) and tint the side mirrors. Then it will be all black.
