spot on fascia...help!

Default spot on fascia...help!
okay..cant really tell very good from pic but there is a spot in the paint where white has rubbed onto the clear coat. it didnt scratch it or anything, just rubbed it on. any of you guys know how to get it off without re-spraying the fascia?
holy s*** that right headlight is gross...ima fix that this weekend, btw, i just bought this car last week.

Rubbing compound. Be careful though, you can make it worse than it already is. Just take your time and let the compound do the work, not you. (use light pressure)

If something has rubbed onto the paint then you may try claybaring it a little and if that doesn't work then you're gonna have to wetsand/buff
