Default Good deal?how much would u pay?

99-NBM,T-tops,M6,70-80K miles on it.12,500 for it.(I am going to offer a bit less)

18" Armano Rims, Zenon Body Kit, Borla Cat Back Exhaust system, Eibach Suspension system, Limo tint on the back window, 18% on the others. Full audio system including 2 X 10" Fosgate P2's w/ 900 watt fosgate amp, infinity mids and a JVC deck. Also have serious satelite radio installed. Has chrome halogen headlights, and chrome euro tailights.

have a B&M short shifter, K&N filters, and a Hypertech power stat in place of the normal thermostat. It has under lighting on the bottom of the car, but needs to be rewired. doesn't sound like they Fu#@ed w/ the engine much right. What do you guys think should I jump on it? Price??

With all that work, I am sure they will want a lot. There are more factors than what they changed on it. I would be willing to bet they ran it hard, but I dont know them so I dont really know.

I personally would have it completly checked out.. Then figure a price.

In the long run, mods actually make the worth of a car go down.
I wouldn't give over 9K for that car.

Tell them to take the shitty body kit, neons, possibly the rims (depends on how they look) and the ricer taillights off and you'll give them 10k

Assuming it's a CAMARO (by the headlight and tail light comments) and that it's a Z28 (M6) I wouldn't go higher than $10,000 either...

Any idiot who put Armano rims, Euros and a Zenon kit on their car isn't really into these cars (as muscle cars) and who knows if they took care of it properly...

Not saying everyone with those parts are idiots, but I definetly say 99% are, especially ones not on the message boards...

If you like it as is offer what it's worth to you... to the average enthusiast the car would require $1000-$1500 in parts to replace some of that Pep Boys crap to make it a nice car...

Nevermind, I would offer $9000 and not got more than $9500:

http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.u...;;ucp;&8;CH;D6

If the link doesn't work just enter the info for yourself, the car's value in EXCELLENT condition is $8900...

If they say the parts make it worth more tell them to keep them!

Only thing they added worth anything is the stereo system, K&N, Borla, Short-Shifter, Eibach's and maybe thermostat if it's reporgrammed...

If that stuff stays then the most I would go is $10,000 and that's if they got rid of the body lights and Euros FOR you !

Umm... you never said it was an SS. Remember I had to decipher your message just to figure out it was a CAMARO...

If it's a friggin SS then go for it man! You can get rid of all the other crap yourself...

Make sure the WU8 code is on the RPO tag on the driver side door. Lots of people stick an SS hood, SS spoiler and badges on a Z28. With the list of mods you list it would not surprise me if this is a fake SS.

Yeah, so I guess I forgot to mention that it was a SS, sorry about that. With that being said, what do you guys think about the price, is the price right? I know about the WUV8 code but i've never seen one in person. The last SS that I tried looking at didn't have the code sticker, so what do I do in this situation? Can someone post up a picture of the sticker code?

So should I go for it???

yeah I don't know about the chrome halogen taillights..... but what's wrong with the Xenon kit? I bought a Xenon kit... it's barely more aggressive looking than a STOCK z28 gfx kit.... that's why I like it.... Given yes, some of the mods sound like poser or ricer type stuff.... but there are quite a few cars on here with ground effects that are AMAZING looking....

Edit, and the rpo code is just a white sticker with plain black lettering on with 3 digit codes. like b4c ls1 1le wu8, etc. all the options of the car, everything from power windows to a police interceptor package can be told from that sticker on the driver side door

I don't like the wheels, front grille, GFX, or tail lights. If the seller were to remove this stuff and put it back to stock, I'd probably jump on it.
