Time to detail my car
, but I still need some help. Right now, I drive a 1996 Honda Accord DX. It's a four door, too. Recently my perfectionist habits have kicked in and I've begun to notice that there are a lot of imperfections on my car. Here's a small list of stuff I've noticed:Small spot of rust on corner of hood.
A metric assload of minor scratches around ALL door handles.
A few pieces of chipped paint on door molding (no larger than a 1/4 inch)
Scratches on the bumper where I hit a ditch
Somewhat deep scratch (I can feel it if I run my finger on it) on back door.
Light scratches on hood from rocks, etc.
None of these scratches (except the one on the back door) seem to be very deep. They are just light enough to be seen. I picked up some touch up paint from the Honda dealership today. Should I just go over it with the paint? If not, what should I do? What should I do about the rust spot on my hood?
