Check out the thread in this section called Cheesiest F-Bodies and there's a pic of one in Houston with a full-on brush-guard. Pretty funny.
Actually, if you put a push-bar on a Trans Am, I'll fly to Jacksonville and rip it off. Don't sully the good name of the greatest car to ever be produced by putting a bar on it. Save that for Camaro's and Chargers.

Wait... are we talking about the big metal bracing type things on the front that people also put on huge trucks?
Why in the world would you want one for an F-body?

... but hell no on Camaros as well. Actually if anyone knows a dealer for the police interceptor ram gaurds, it would be helpful. We were contracted to build this years DARE cruiser, and of course there wasnt a better candidate other than a camaro.

Oops..should have thought of this earlier...PM K9Kev, a member of this site. He has a modified Z28 that he uses for a patrol unit...it's equipped with a push bumper. He may be able to give you some guidance...

kids of today will flock to a civic with 4 tvs hooked up to a PS2 with ginormous speakers before a pure muscle car as I have recently noticed so in your quest of making a DARE show car make the inside pretty too, wish Georgia would have got some of the B4C`s :O( , but I have seen the HEMI Charger patrol cars out and about here
