Which Hood? Hey guys,
My Formula has been hanging at the body shop for 2 weeks waiting for the last part . . . the hood. I know I'm a slow poke but I just don't know which hood to buy. I have stoppped on 2 models, the SLP HO and the Mecham Design one, but I just can't choose between both. Any suggestions, ideas or comments/feedback about these 2 hoods? I have read that the mecham one was having troubles with it's strenght, but that's about it. Let me know! I might as well check the Raptor one too.

the H.O. looks alright, but i think its too squared off to flow well. I'm not knocking anyone that has it though, i personally just don't prefer it.
The Mecham looks good too. I think the nostrils should be a little bigger, more like the raptor, and it would be perfect. Not to mention to quality sucks. Do a search on it.

But i didn't vote for any of those, i say go for the WS9 Hood. VFN is making them now. If you dont know, its a WS6 hood, but with Firehawk heat extractors. and it looks pimp. but i guess im kinda biased.

I think for a Formula a raptor hood would look better than all of them. but if you don't like the raptor the H.O is the way to go. I have one on me T/A and i love the huge scoops, big nostrils, really agressive look too. Do what you want not what others want!

alot of people really like the mecham one. but before i would buy one, i would STRONGLY suggest researching their quality and maybe talk to a few guys on here that have that hood. bc they all have the same problem with their hoods.

Stay far away from that shitbag Mecham! Nice looking hood, but terrible quality. Just wait a little longer, Rex at ASCD is remaking the Mecham hood into something of pride and quality. In the meantime have a laugh at my expense...

Finally! Afterall, I decided to go with the raptor hood 
Anyone know about a reliable company to buy it? I know about LMPerformance, they got alot of stuffs there and there's even to option to add heat extractors on the order bill. My concern is are these heat extractors the same one as those made on Outlaw hood? If anyone know about what i'm talking about please feel free to post a pic, I can't find any of it.
