I would say more power to them if they made it haul *** regardless of what was used, but its really sad when they use their "holy grail" engine and its power output is not nearly in the range that a domestic would need because of its weight. thoes engines work so well in imports because they weigh so little. NOT IN DOMESTICS! Sad that turboed their "best of the best" is only making 300+.. any old v8 out there is making that easily.

Uh... No. The reason that engine works so well was stated in my post before yours... 300 rwhp stock is nothing... It bored me.

Why would a typical RB26 enthusiast keep his power at 300 whp? Why would an LS1 owner do the same? Who are these people?

well it must not workto bad if it runs 13.4 and does 0-60 in 5.4sec's

i believe the old shelby GT500 elanor "god" of mustangs ran just slightly slower times than this jap powered stang did. so it must not be to bad in this HEAVY amercan car

Mustangs need a V8, a 427 would have been the more logical choice of motors in my eyes. I am not saying that this Skyline motor isn't a good motor, it is. I just HATE the fact that I see this awesome looking '67 (minus the wheels) and then I hear what it sounds like. Theres a lot of work went into this, and I respect that. Still a waste of a good Mustang. Besides it fits into this gay *** movie, since its set in Japan. A Ford V8 isn't found over there as much as a Skyline inline 6. Final thought: Great workmens ship, but I don't like it. I didn't plan on watching that gay *** movie anyway so oh well.

Those were stock times on stock tires. These are completely modified cars. Need I say more?

A 340 hp RB26 IS NOT "COMPLETELY MODIFIED." That's like saying a 340 rwhp LS1 is completely modified... Yes you should say more.

It is a perversion... I believe all hybrids are perversions in some way... Strictly LS1 for my car, that's for sure.

yeah well this car isnt all modified up either its a pretty much stock skyline motor and a exhuast. yea the gt500 might have been faster on better tires and stuff but come on to say this motor wont work in the car cause its heavy its thrown out sense this hybrid runs the same times as the most praised and "BEST" mustang beside the boss 429 honestly is this was one of those 700-1000 hp skyline motors i think it would whip that heavy old car around like nuttin

some people are just gonna hate because to them they ruined the amazing muscle car. if its not all american then its no good. haha i bet alot of those performance parts u bolt on your cars are made in china and **** to. along with our canadian made cars. i dont understand why its gay and **** its just an interesting swap none of us have probably ever seen before. why is it alot of u think its cool to swap ls1's into jap cars but someone cant swap a great jap motor into an american car, and yes im a full blooded white american kid so dont think im some imagrated chinese kid suporting jap cars.
