umm...grab the bolt that is turning and turn it the opposite direction of the nut. then you might not have gotton the glass hot enough. mine came off very easy and i just took my time and didn't crack anything.

Which bolt is stuck.. Did you throw the headlight in the oven?

I can't really help with the bolt issue but if it is tough to seperate the lens from the housing put the oven on 225 and leave it in a lot longer. On the first set a did (from a 98) it look almost an hour at 225 to get the sealent loose enough to be able to pry the lens off. On my second set (from an 02) it only took 30 minutes at 225. I think the older the headlight the more time you need to leave it in. Once you get an end loose the rest should pry apart fairly easily. I put a small crack in my housing the first set I did a set but I just sealed it back up with some RTV and it seems fine.

hey i had same prob, my driver side, its that brass nut that is in the plastic right? the only thing i came up with was taking a soldering iron to the plastic around the edges and then got some vice grips and held the brass nut and got it loose. once you break the threads on the outside of that brass loose with the plastic, there is no hope of it sticking back up, mine are off right now as im doing the whistler mod too. im going to take the brass nut out and seat it again with some jb weld and see if that holds. good luck
