Default Bubbles in my clearcoat

Ok I've notices these bubbles on the roof of my SS. I've read on here about how GM used aggresive glue for the roof. Here's the thing I'm the second owner and I have no warranty. How can I fix this? If I repaint the whole roof will it end up doing this again? When its out sitting in the sun grease comes out of these bubbles. Help!!!

The panel needs to be replaced. Re-painting won't help. Its hit and miss at the dealer as to how much help you can get. Mine needs to be replaced also.

No thanks. I like T-tops, but this is how it came stock, but I also think the hardtops look a bit cleaner. How much is it going to cost to replace the whole roof
