Waxing the ol'Berger

Waxing the ol'Berger Hey you guys that have done this, are you waxing it? I would think the texture of the flat/semi paint would make it pretty hard to buff out the wax?

You might try wet sanding it with 800 or higher grit paper.
I wet sanded the panel I painted with the lowe's brand semi gloss black about 2 hours after I shot it with some 1000 grit. Then used some wax/buffing stuff a friend of mine had, made it look really nice. The only issues I had were inside the letters, but those were hidden with the 'camaro' fill-in letters.

yeah once it's painted and on the car, do you worry about gettin wax on it? I know when you get wax on the black plastic you're fuuuuuuuucked basically.
If it's flat paint, definitely do not wax it. If you do happen to get some on it, try some ICE (the Turtle Wax stuff, not the frozen kind) I've used it on my plastic cowl, t-top rubber, etc. Works wonders, and it dries unlike Armor All.
