Changing LS1 tail lights to LT1

Changing LS1 tail lights to LT1 I really like the LT1 tail lights a lot better than the LS1 tail lights. Will the LT1 tail lights fit the LS1? Do I need to change the wire harness or something? Thanks, Steve.
They will fit (I went the other direction). I had to add a blue wirefrom the brake switch if I remember correctly all the ay back, but I dont think it affects you. If you do end up needing the rear harness, I got a stock LT1 style that I will sell you for $10, but I don't think you need it.
If you are going to sell you LS1 tail lights, you may get a little more for them if you sell them with you harness too

Thanks for the info. I think I'll just keep my LS1 lights in case I decide to switch back for some reason.
So dose anyone know for sure if a LS1 > LT1 swap won't give me any problems? No extra wiring, or relocating?

its just the cover, they will fit perfectly, nothing extra needed. ive done it in an ls1 and lt1, and i want ls1 lights. id trade you straight across for them. mine are in excellent shape!
